Jeannette and Sister Virginia Varela look like twins! Yeah the sister whose knife killed Kirsten.
Jeannette aka Bernadette looks just like her banker sister Virginia Varela. Virginia testified that she used a large knife in her car to cut veggies. If that's true how do these people live with themselves?
In my opinion she perjured herself. I do not believe it was her knife, I feel she was covering for her sister so the prosecution couldn't charge Bernadette with first degree premeditated murder. If she was found guilty of that maybe she would still be in jail.
I truly believe she planned to kill Kirsten. And thought she would get away with it.

Bernadette/Jeannette does look like her arrogant liar of a sister. ONLY of course, since she got a NOSE JOB. I actually have a few current photos of Bernadette/Jeannette, right before she got plastic surgery. She can try and alter her appearance all day long, but she WAS, IS, AND WILL ALWAYS BE, A "Big, Chunky, Disheveled Girl with Dirty Blonde hair" (as quoted by the witness neighbor who saw Bernadette/Jeannette jump Kirsten and butcher her to death IN COLD BLOOD!

Bernadette wasn't all wrong Kirsten was going to expose her and she snapped cause she was scared she d be the butt of the jokes with the school, she was also fear of bullying yes Bernadette was wrong and Kirsten didn't deserve to die but she treated Bernadette like a weirdo and thought she was better, and Bernadette faced public humiliation at her trial the whole town of zori da went to the trial not for Bernadette in support of Kirsten and they jeered at Bernadette and Bernadette knew what was going on and what they were doing. Bullying can make you snap esp of it's a lot against you it can ruin you and your social life for a long time and bring you down and low,self esteem so anyone who says oh we been bullied take it has never been bullied or dealt with actual bullying. Bernadette was bullied at the trial they all jeered against her and went to humiliate and degrade her that's bullying.
Benadette may of been bullied earlier in life as a child and felt inferiority over it maybe not Miramonte but maybe at an earlier age she experienced some bullying kids can be brutal. Kirsten understandably didn't approve of Bernadette ringing Kirsten's mother about a fake bobbies dinner in order to lure Kirsten out of her house under the pretence of attending the fake bobbies dinner. Bernadette then drove Kirsten to an empty car-park at night after lying to her to get her out of her house so she could "get to know her". Bernadette then viciously butchered Kirsten to death because Kirsten understandably didn't take kindly to being lied to and appears to have found Bernadette's neediness and desperation very off-putting. You need to look up the definition of stalking, harassing and obsession and familiarize yourself with their meanings. An example of stalking and harassing would be constantly contacting Bernadette directly and giving her my unsolicited opinions of her, whereas my opinions of her are confined to this blog.

If by blonde avatar you mean the artwork used on this woman's blog then, yes, that is what I am referring to. I know Kirsten did not have blonde hair, but this image does resemble some of the photos I've seen of her - especially the eyes. In any case, it is most definitely an image that has no resemblance whatsoever to B.P. herself. Wonder if she'll ever be happy with who she is.

Kirsten was (Conceited and cocky) but hardly a bully. She was like any other ordinary girl. I do hear Bernadette is suffering from depression, is it cause people know her identity? Can’t blame anyone but her, she made that choice. Bernadette was soft spoken and quiet and the last person you would expect to even commit a crime, especially murder. People were never really the same after that, it was hard enough dealing with Kirsten’s death,but finding out Bernadette ( one of the Clique) that was highly trusted and so much fun did it, it was like they lost another person. Miramonte was never the same again after all that. Senior Year was bittersweet for the friends of Kirsten and Bernadette’s. It was enjoyed but not like it could of been. Some were glad to get out of there cause of the memories.

It was still a horrible time for her (friends and family), first dealing with the tradgedy, then finding out it was one of thier friends who did it, a girl they trusted and was fun to be around, it was like they lost another friend for good. Trust was shattered, and Senior Year was “ bittersweet for her friends and the other students. Bernadette I hear suffers from depression. Well who would care.

Actually off Tahos Rd. The case is old now. Bernadette isn’t anywhere to be found. Kirsten’s friends still get together from time to time and have dinner and reunions, Some of the friends have moved on and want to just put all this aside and go on with their lives. Most are married with kids now.
Bernadette just wrote a email on another site saying she asked forgiveness from the Costas family and they forgave her. Kelly Fuller the girl she murdered in Australia Jessica Lange, Jessica’s mom went to visit Kelly and said she forgave Kelly. Not impossible the Costas forgave Bernadette, they may have, I don’t know, Mrs Costas is the forgiving type, and she probably would rather just let it go then hold a forever grudge, but I don’t think she would have Bernadette over for dinner sometime to eat. Bernadette supposedly sends her money. Bernadette was dealing with mental issues and low self esteem cause she had to struggle harder than Kirsten and her friends to receive popularity. I thought Bernadette was popular but it didn’t co e naturally to her as it did Kirsten and her friends. Also Bernadette couldn’t get the guys to notice her, that part was true, but she was so quiet and shy they didn’t notice she was there, Still no excuse for her to murder. It’s been way to long now and time to go on with life elsewhere. Kirsten wouldn’t want you to be mad still I’m sure.. If the family forgave her good. At the trial. Ran Costas was glaring g at her so bad that if Bernadette got near her she would of mauled Bernadette alive, that is how Mrs. Costas looked and so did her husband. As I said, I’m sure they wouldn’t invite her to supper or go out to dinner and a movie with her, and if she does send them money they accept it but won’t let her over I’ll bet, and I bet they do t like her still, just don’t hate as bad.
