She should not have the RIGHT TO MOVE ON! She took someone's life in COLD BLOOD! God forbid something like this would happen to one of her children she wouldn't seek justice I presume.

Yes, I mean we all want to give others a chance, but this is a pretty big crime! She has not committed other crimes, I think that is why this is an odd case. Most who commit such horrific crimes never get out of jail or probably go back in! Her poor children-I mean this is about as bad as it gets crime wise!
Her community deserves to know what she did. If she had been a child molestor she would be on a registry.
What type of country is this? You can kill a child and people will defend your right to move on with your life and call for privacy but you touch a child and everybody has a right to know your address and a lifetime on a registry. Jeannette Tomanka should be on a registry. There should be a registry of murderers. When killers move into your neighborhood you have a right to know who they are and what they did.

Jeannette is active with the PGA North Texas Junior Golf Foundation in Dallas and the Texas Junior Golf Tour out of Southlake. I bet if those people knew what she did, they would be HORRIFIED. Do not forget, people; Bernadette SHOWED ZERO REMORSE, and she let the community BLAME 2 OTHER INNOCENT GIRLS for 6 MONTHS FOR KIRSTEN'S MURDER. She NEVER would have confessed to this heinous, evil, murder; The FBI was closing in on her, and they told her that, so she FINALLY WAS FORCED TO CONFESS!!!

I just read on the internet that Jeanette works in Fort Worth Texas in the medical field as a Nurse Practitioner at a Alcon Labratories. That FRIGHTENS ME! Being in the medical field myself I have to wonder how this has effected her career since she has been exposed.

Let's not forget Bernadette also lied about the party. There was NO party. The prosecution should have focused on whether the knife was put back in the car and if not, trip up the sister on the stand and ask what is in her car now for "cutting the veggies". We should petition that another movie be made with the real facts and that Lifetime and the person who wrote the article on Rolling Stone be called out!! Bernadette should still be in jail. She was not bullied AT ALL!!!!!! A jealous person is a dangerous person. Her posts on this blog and all the other blogs just prove her continued insanity. God forbid her husband cheats on her. One of the officers at her parole hearing did not want her released as she showed signs of jealousy with her then inmate boyfriend. It's all documented. That is a big deal to me. There is a stigma about Kirsten due to the movie, the Rolling Stone article and Bernadette's continued anonymous posts and followers. This stigma must be proven wrong.

Gary Tomanka her husband has a website. Is her a fellow felon too? A lot of college professors go into teaching because it's one of the few professions that doesn't require a background check. I'm assuming her daughter plays golf at the junior level--must be very disgraceful for a twelve year old to have to deal with.

Many people live within a ten minute drive of this convicted, self-proclaimed murderer. It would be a shame if a group of people decided to notify her school, church, and employer. It would be even worse if flyers were printed up and plastered all over the neighborhood Heck, what if a website is made with current pictures? Some people are mean enough to do it, and I have been told it is in the works.

She did serve the debt given to her by the state and the laws on the books at the time. It's pretty clear she had issues at the time. Hopefully, she got the help she needed. It doesn't appear she has had any problems since and has made the best of the situation. Bernadette slaughtered Kirsten and she Bernadette knew she was going to do this as proven by her having planned it out ahead of time and tricking poor, innocent Kirsten out of the house so Bernadette could get her alone. I fully believe that Bernadette's family is also sick & evil. Someone had to have helped Bernadette clean up that car, (she didn't even have a license at that time she drove that car) - someone in her family had to have been waiting up for her to get home. When the police found the car it was in the garage and yet the sister said in court that huge knife was hers for cutting vegetables in this car that she uses all the time?? Why was the car hidden in the garage?? Bernadette is the one who said that Kirsten told her she was weird - how do we know that Kirsten ever told her that at all? We don't because we only have the word of a sadistic, twisted murderer who never took accountability for her heinous, unjustified act. I wish the police who work the cold case files would look into this case to determine who in that family helped Bernadette - they should be charged for what they did. That whole family is such a disgrace - if anything they are living proof that all their religious talk is just that - talk !

I read that 2005 she became a directed of a cancer center..has done breast cancer research.and has wrote articles in medical journals about the research..it was also stated that her medical licence expired in 2016.

Bernadette isn’t working now, and I wouldn’t let her be my Nurse by any means. Kirsten’s friends described her as a vivacious girl and Sassy and cute as a button. So that Tori Spelling was portrayed All wrong, Kirsten was a lovely girl. A friends mom on an article described Kirsten as a love able puppy who hugged people. So the movie was pro Bernadette, they felt sorry for Bernadette probaly cause of the publicity she got from it, she deserves it. I think Bernadette said something deranged to Kirsten and it freaked Kirsten out, she may of tried to kiss her, and Kirsten got it all wrong. She chased after Kirsten. Kirsten I’m sure had her moments as all teen girls do, not everyone likes everyone, we all have people we don’t like, Kirsten probaly had some she didn’t, but I can guarantee she would never harm anyone with violence. Yes she may of said smart aleck things to some of the people she didn’t like, but, who didn’t as a teen! Most teen girls are caddy and smart alecky at times. If that’s the case to kill all teen girls who are smart alecks, there would be a shortage on teenage girls. In fact, there wouldn’t be any and very few if any left.
