Miramonte class of '86, 30th reunion

The Internet is a buzz about this reunion. Former classmates have been wondering would Jeannette/Bernadette show up. I think it's safe to say no.

 Class of '86

Here's some photos from the class of '86 website. Kirsten didn't get to enjoy her Senior year.

Also, here is a list of classmates who passed away. Kirsten is on the list, they have never forgotten her.

And there is also a list of "missing" classmates and you can guess Bernadette is not on there.

Bernadette didn't have to do what she did. High school is tough on all of us. Class reunions are the time you show up and show everyone how good you look and how great your life turned out outside of high school.

A lot of people peak in high school and spend the rest of their lives trying to relive the glory.

Without a doubt this is the first class reunion people actually know Bernadette's new name. Man I wish I could be a fly on the wall at that reunion.

Jeannette asks for forgiveness on blog! Brings up murder!!!!!

Here is a quote from January 2016 on her Jeannette Tomanka blog:

"Don’t keep bringing up people’s mistakes, especially if they’ve paid the price. I don’t like to have my past mistakes thrown in my face, so I try very hard not to do that to others. Even people who make serious mistakes that may have resulted in the death of someone (like drunk driving) deserve a chance to rebuild their lives and move on, especially if they are truly repentant and served time. Every one of us has made mistakes, some worse than others, but we all should help each other move past them."

Here is a photo of the quote from her blog:

Wow. I completely missed this originally. What do y'all think?

Beautiful photo of Kirsten Costas

Bernadette/Jeannette didn't give Kirsten a chance to grow up into a beautiful woman. The people we are in High School is not who we stay. Thank God for that.

Hopefully Bernadette is enjoying her new life. Life can be so unfair sometimes.

Do you think Bernadette/Jeannette got enough time?

I receive emails all the time and comments of people saying one thing or another. Some are mad that I have this blog up. They think I'm "punishing" Jeannette when she has already "suffered".

I would have to politely disagree. I don't feel justice was served, and I really do feel like Bernadette should really just now be getting out.

I know back in the 80's especially, it was geared to Rehab youth offenders. You couldn't just through a juvenile in prison for life. But I do feel like she should have served at least 30 years. Then after we couldn't hold her any longer release her.

She should have been charged as an adult. She has gone on to have a full life and Kirsten has not. So no, I don't feel bad for having this blog and Jeannette should thank her lucky stars she had a weak willed Prosecutor and Judge.
